One AS Digital PR Service Details:
- Each campaign costs $5,750, we work on a campaign-by-campaign basis.
- We’ll deliver a minimum of 12 links for each campaign package you purchase.
- Minimum KPI is standard; while you shouldn’t expect this, actual results can be higher if a campaign goes viral. There won’t be any extra charge for additional links. We sometimes have campaigns going viral that can get 20-500+ links.
- At least 3 links will have an Ahrefs Domain Rating (DR) of 70+.
- Links will be a natural blend of do-follow and no-follow, as determined by publishers, providing you with a natural link profile.
- Syndicated links do not count towards the minimum KPI; only individual links are counted.
- Brand mentions are not counted towards the minimum link count but are reported so you can still use these for your “as seen on” section and for branding purposes.
- If you’re an agency or consultant:
- You can purchase or white label our service for your clients.
- We’ll maintain direct communication with you and won’t ever contact your client directly.
- We offer volume discounts if you buy multiple campaigns.
- No refunds; all purchases are final. We’ll do unlimited work at no extra cost until the minimum KPI is met.
- Fully flexible with no long-term commitment; renew if desired.
- We’ll provide updates via email or Slack as preferred.
- The initial collaboration cycle is approximately 8 to 12 weeks, including execution and link delivery.
- After the first campaign cycle, we can work on a monthly basis if desired.
- To get started, we need your company logo, expert’s name and credentials, and company details.

Service Overview and Usage
Scope of Services At One AS, we specialise in crafting and executing digital PR campaigns that start at $5,750 per campaign, delivering a minimum of 12 high quality links for each purchase. Our approach is flexible with no long-term commitments, allowing you to renew as and if you see fit.
Website Use Your use of our website signifies your agreement with these terms. All content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of One AS or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the content for the purpose of making use of our services.
Client Responsibilities and Payment
Client Content We’ll need branding materials such as your logo and experts credentials. Clients must provide original content that does not infringe on third-party rights. By submitting content, you grant us the right to use, modify, and publish it as part of our services.
Payment Terms Full payment is required before the commencement of any campaign. We have a no-refund policy. Instead of this, if KPIs are not met, unlimited additional campaigns will be launched at no extra cost until targets are achieved.
Operations and Intellectual Property
Operational Guidelines We strictly prohibit the following activities:
- Republishing, distributing, or reproducing any content from our website without prior written consent.
- Selling, renting, or sub-licensing website materials.
- Publicly displaying any website material without authorization.
- Using our website or services in any manner that could damage our reputation.
- Engaging in illegal activities through our website.
- Using automated means to extract data from our website.
Intellectual Property All content and intellectual property on our website belong to One AS or our licensors. Users are granted a limited license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Intellectual Property Rights All intellectual property and related material, including any moral rights, goodwill, relevant registrations or applications for registration, and rights in any patent, copyright, trademark, trade dress, industrial design, and trade name (the "Intellectual Property") that is developed or produced under this Agreement will be the sole property of the Client. The use of the Intellectual Property by the Client will not be restricted in any manner.
Independent Contractor Status In providing the services under this Agreement, it is expressly agreed that One AS is acting as an independent contractor. This Agreement does not create a partnership or joint venture between One AS and the Client, and is exclusively a contract for service.
Operational Autonomy Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, One AS will have full control over working time, methods, and decision-making in relation to the provision of the services. One AS will work autonomously and not at the direction of the Client, while remaining responsive to the reasonable needs and concerns of the Client.
Non-Exclusivity This Agreement is non-exclusive, allowing either party to engage or contract with third parties for the provision of similar services during and after the term of this Agreement.
Provision of Tools and Equipment Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, One AS will provide, at its own expense, any and all tools, machinery, equipment, raw materials, supplies, workwear, and any other items necessary to deliver the services in accordance with the Agreement.
Legalities and Liabilities
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties. One AS, its directors, employees, or agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Indemnification Each Party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other Party, and its respective directors, shareholders, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and permitted successors and assigns against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, punitive damages, expenses, reasonable legal fees, and costs of any kind or amount whatsoever, which result from or arise out of any act or omission of the indemnifying party, its respective directors, shareholders, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and permitted successors and assigns that occurs in connection with this Agreement. This indemnification will survive the termination of this Agreement.
Severability and Amendments If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of any changes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, and any disputes will be resolved in the Asker and Bærum district court of Norway.
