Annual Year-End Compensation:

PH-based members of our core team receive 13th-month pay on December 5th of each year.

Disaster Relief and Assistance Fund

In the unfortunate event of a natural disaster, One will assist with financial aid, emergency leave, and mental health resources, to aid your recovery and resilience.

  • Financial aid of PHP 25.000/year, should you be affected by natural disasters, such as earthquakes, typhoons, flooding, climate change, etc. that cause significant damage or personal loss
